

Beatrice was born in Hong Kong in 1928. She grew up with 6 siblings and graduated from Hong Kong University. She married her childhood sweetheart, Patrick, and began a teaching career in mathematics at Sacred Heart Canossian College.
In 1967, Patrick, Beatrice and their son, Andrew, emigrated to Vancouver, Canada. There, she learned to be a French chef indulged in her hobby of baking and cooking. Her famous chiffon cake and cupcakes were a favourite among family and friends. In 1988, Beatrice and Patrick retired and began to enjoy travelling and ballroom dancing, dancing on every continent except Antarctica. She was also a big fan of the University of Southern California, where her son graduated.
Beatrice was a devout Catholic and lived a full and blessed life. She was a loving wife, a great mother, a revered grandmother and most recently a great grandmother. Many thanks to those who kindly reached out to send their prayers, condolences, and for sharing their fondest memories of Beatrice. She is loved by all who came into contact with her and her memory will forever live in our hearts.
Beatrice was predeceased by her loving husband of 66 years, Patrick, and survived by siblings Hung Nin, Betty and Hung Kwong, son Andrew (Julie), 2 grandchildren Brandon (Sophia) and Erin, and great grandson Caiden.
