Bruno Benedet

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to a devoted and loving brother, father, and grandfather. Born in Castions Di Zoppola, Bruno arrived in Canada in 1948 , he was preceded by the death of his adoring wife of 53 years Guisppina “Pina”, in 2018. He passed away peacefully on November 23rd, 2023, at the age of 89. He is survived by his loving family, children Bruno Jr (Michelle), Victor (Lori); grandchildren Matthew, Colin, Ryan, Elle, and Sienna; his sister Bruna, niece Janet and predeceased by brother-in-law William and niece Laurie. Visitation for all will be held on Thursday November 30th from 4pm – 6pm at Bell Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby BC. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday December 1st at 11:00 am at St. Helen’s Parish, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Cemetery, Grand Mausoleum.
