With sorrow in our hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Carmine ' mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was 89 years old. In eternal rest, Carmine joins her husband Pompilio. Her memory will live on in all of us who survive her: her children Agostino (Melina), Edvige (Gino), and Marcello (Lina); her grandchildren Piero (Lisa), Alex (Milly), Sabrina (Jeremiah), Michael, Chris, Rick (Laura), Stefano and Adam; her great-grandchildren Matteo, Dominic, Pierluigi, Luca, Vanessa, Francesca, Annika, Andrea, Ava, Damiano, and Agostino. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 29th at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver. Entombment shall follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum, in Burnaby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
