I often think of you, Chris but especially when I am at my cabin on the mountain.  I remember the day that we spent there as you helped me to paint the upper reaches of the cabin.  I remember the conversations we had, the calmness with which you worked, your smile that lit your eyes, and the ease I felt just having you there with me.  I miss you.

I wish we could turn back time and I wish that when I walk outside my door Chris would still be there playing soccer.

Dear Christopher,
You were always an integral part of our family group, sitting at Granny and Gramp's children’s table before  graduating to the adult table. We were together at Sudden Valley birthday parties, picnics and funerals – sharing both laughter and sorrow. You always greeted everyone with a big hug and we were glad to see you. Please know that you will be a special part of all  future family events – you will always be with us.

Dear Peg, Rob and family - my heartfelt condolences to you all in this time of loss.  I cannot imagine the pain and sorrow you are all experiencing.  When I think of Chris, I think of bright sunny days and golfing around the Lower Mainland.  He had a wicked shot and was a pleasure to be around.  My hope for you is that these kind of memories will carry you forward and bring you peace.  Love you.

i will miss you my young friend. I will treasure my memories of our trips to the cabin and the great times we had at Louis Riel House.  Your kindness and quirky sense  of humour will always bring a smile to my face whenever I think of you.
