A visitation for Chuang will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G3M1. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 1:00 PM, in the Forest Lawn Funeral Home chapel. The burial will follow the funeral service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
