Dominic Moscone

Born on March 13, 1946 in Ofena, L’Aquila and died on November 16, 2025 in North Vancouver.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our father, grandfather, and brother. Papa was surrounded by family throughout his stay at Lions Gate Hospital and passed away so peacefully with love embracing him. We marvel at Papa D’s strength to do his best and keep his spirits up despite the many health issues he struggled with over the years. May he continue to rest peacefully.

Dominic is predeceased by his parents (Annibale Gorizio and Adina). He is survived by his children, Anna (Pat), Lori, Christina, and Vince; grandchildren (Luca and Angelina), brothers Frank (Joy) and Patrick; nieces (Marina and Francesca); many cousins. Our family would like to say a special thank you to the team at Lions Gate Hospital who took such good care of our papa. We also thank everyone for their kind words and prayers during papa’s final days.

Papa’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Monday, November 24, 2025 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver. In lieu of flowers, donations could be made in papa’s memory to the Lion’s Gate Hospital Foundation.
