Mrs. Eugenia Jeanette Nelson

She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Fred Nelson, and her cherished son, Cliff Nelson — a comfort to those she leaves behind.

Known affectionately as Jeanette, she was the heart of our family. A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, she brought warmth, kindness, and strength to every life she touched. Her presence felt like home, and her absence leaves a profound emptiness.

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Robert “Robbie” Nelson who was her rock (Patricia); her grandchildren, Cliff Nelson (Meghan), Michael Nelson (Lindsey), and Linda Nelson; her great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Nelson, Kamila Nelson, Maci Nelson, Miley Nelson, and the soon-to-arrive Morgan Nelson; along with many extended family members and friends who held her dear.

Her legacy will live on through each of us, remembering to carry ourselves with grace, share a smile and to appreciate simple moments - like stopping to smell the flowers.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband and son at Ocean View Burial Park in Burnaby, BC.
