Felix Gabriele

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Felix Gabriele. Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Felix was born on October 18, 1923 in Bagnoli del Trigno, Italy and passed away peacefully on April 27, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Felix was predeceased by his sister Ida Massullo and survived by his wife of 74 years, Rosetta, his daughters Lucia (Roberto) Manzi and Gina Gabriele; his grandchildren Marco (Filomena) Manzi and Lisa Manzi; his great-grandchildren Marcantonio, Adriana and Gabriella; his sister, Maria Massullo (in Rome); brother, Costanzo and wife Eleanor (in Calgary); and niece Alison; and nephews Giuseppe, Emilio and John. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 2-3:30 p.m. at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, B.C. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Parish 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, B.C. on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a reception. Entombment at Ocean View Burial Park in the Abbey Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donation to the St. Francis of Assisi Parish would be greatly appreciated.
