Frances passed away peacefully at Burnaby Hospital surrounded by her family. She is survived by Daisy Williams, Terrell Popoff, Cynthia Nichols, her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Moses Popoff, husband Lee Bernard and son, David Popoff. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ocean View Funeral Home Chapel, 4000 Imperial St, Burnaby on Thursday, Nov 21, 2013 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations to BC Cancer Society in her memory.
