Mr. Frank Joseph Fieber

March 10, 1920 – December 4, 2012

Frank Joseph Fieber was born in Shaw, Oregon into a family of 13 children. He was raised on a farm in Estevan, Saskatchewan. Following his service in the Air Force Frank moved to Vancouver where he worked at Crown Zellerbach for many years until his retirement in 1984. Frank is predeceased by his loving wife of 53 years Edna. He is survived by four children Dorothy Slaght(Jud), Daryl(Wendy), Barbara Nider(Marvin) and Diane Brownrigg; grandchildren Julie, Michael(Chelsea) Natia, Alison, Alisa Magnan(Marc), Jeffrey(Elizabeth), Kevin(Robin), Craig, Jessica and Mailia; and great grandchildren Kabreya, Ryker, Aviva, Zoey, Yosef, Ephraim, Sari, and Daniel. He was a long time member of Corpus Christi Church where he served as an usher for many years. Many thanks to second floor staff at Yaletown House for their dedicated care for the past 4 years. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer Society of BC or Yaletown House. Prayer service at Corpus Christi Church, 6350 Nanaimo Street, Vancouver, B.C., on Tuesday, Dec 11, at 7:00 pm. The funeral and reception will be held at Corpus Christi Church on Wednesday, Dec. 12, at 1:00 pm.
