It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Father Giovanni Pasqua on October 20, 2025. He is lovingly remembered by his daughters Rosanna and Silvana (Robert) ; Granddaughters Chiara (Dan) and Natasha (James); Grandsons Joshua (Skyler) and Anthony (Meredith); Great Grandchildren Frankie and Reid; Giovanni's sister Valentina.
Giovanni is predeceased by his Brothers Pasquale, Salvatore, Carmine and Natale; Sisters Ida and Angelina and other relatives.
Giovanni was born in Cosenza, Italy on August 15, 1933. He apprenticed in Luxembourg as a Master Stonemason and bricklayer. He came to Canada in 1968 with his dear Wife Maria and Daughters Rosanna and Silvana. Shortly after he started his own business as a Stonemason and was highly respected for his expertise and skill in the community.
Giovanni enjoyed and was very passionate about his garden. He was a gatherer of organic foods and shared his bounty with his family and friends. He enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with his family.
