Missing you so much today mom!
I can’t believe it’s been a year since we said goodbye. I guess you’re never ready for that. 
I’m so grateful to have you as my mother and to be with you on your last days weeks and months on this planet. I hope you are with dad and Bruce whatever that means and wherever that is. ❤️
You’ll be in my heart and with me forever and I look to you for advice and comfort. 
I love you and I miss you every day.

I love this picture. Wishing Beth and Mr. Cowie love and light at this difficult time. Fond memories of our brownie leader taking us to camp Olave, doing crafts with us, helping us to identify trees and sharing stories with us little girls. 

So many lunches at the table on 48th Avenue and so many incredible afternoons in the den curled up with snacks  - always welcomed with an enormous smile and hug from Mrs. C (to me).  Such a welcoming, warm and nurturing lady who always knew  just what us kids needed and how to show it.  Her love for her family was endless and her happy and calm demeanour was reassuring and acted often as a safe harbour during our teenage years. The love you all showed and continue to show for one another is truly something we should all emulate. I am so blessed to have known this wonderful lady and to call her daughter my friend. It was a life well lived and well loved! Sending you hugs and thanks for the opportunity to have memories to share and hold.
