Born in Victoria, BC on March 25th, 1923 ~ Passed away peacefully with his family at his side in Coquitlam, BC on April 15th, 2012. Herb Shum, loving father of Brian (Donna). Fondly remembered by his 2 grandchildren, Nicole and Garrett. He will be dearly missed by his brothers, Toby (Pinky), Alfred (Pauline) and Edward (Cynthia); his sister, Doreen; his family, relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC on Sunday, April 22nd, 2012 at 1:30 pm. Private cremation. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Tea Lounge of Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
