Lovingly survived by his wife Michiko, his sons Eric and Ivan (Sandra) and his grand daughters Chelsea and Robyn.
Also survived by his brother Bob (Katsi) and two nieces Lisa and Pam.
A small family gathering in celebration of Jack's life will take place on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Please meet at the Cemetery office at 10:45am--- located at the main entrance (Canada Way and Royal Oak Avenue)
