I am Johnny's cousin.  So sorry to hear of Johnny's passing.  
 Had not seen him in many many years, but remember him and my Grandfather having a great time while he lived with Grandpa in Toronto  for awhile.
My condolences to his family and friends.    RIP Johnny.
