It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather John Dak Sang Ko on August 24, 2021. John is survived by his loving wife Maria, daughter Melinda Yu (Jonathan) and two grandchildren Georgia and Ethan. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
John was born on August 19, 1938 in Macao. John married Maria in 1966 in Hong Kong and immigrated to Vancouver in 1970. He enjoyed a career as a real estate agent until his retirement. John loved listening to Elvis Presley and enjoyed a cold beer. He enjoyed travelling and cruised to many destinations with his wife Maria in his retirement.
