In loving memory of Kornelia (Konnie, Nellie) Conroy nee Herbrik. Konnie immigrated in 1948 from Zeche, Czechoslovakia to Canada, and was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Predeceased by her husband James F. Conroy, Konnie is survived by her beloved children; Susan (Brent) Walsh, Bob (Leona) Kingston, Karen (Chad) Hanna, and Denice Zonnenberg; her step-children; Peter (Nancy) Conroy, John (Sharie) Conroy, Tom Conroy, and Paul (Carol) Conroy; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Konnie’s Life will be held Saturday, October 25, at 2 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Canadian Alzheimer’s Society.
