Passed away peacefully on 21st of April, 2011 at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody BC. Beloved husband and Soul Mate of 54 years to Lucy who predeceased him on March 24, 2011. Leo is survived by sons Ron (Debbie), Wally (Rebecca), Arnie (Sandi), and grandchildren Derek, Keith, Kristen, Mark, Nicki, Gellie, and Noah. Leo is also survived by family in the Philippines. Born in Lopez, Quezon Province, Philippines, Leo and Lucy were married in 1957 and the family immigrated to Vancouver in 1967. Leo was a Senior Systems Analyst for MacMillan Bloedel/Weyerhauser and he was also an instructor at BCIT Continuing Studies. Leo is remembered as a devoted husband who enjoyed every minute spent with his Family. Thank You to the staff of Eagle Ridge Hospital and the Eagle Ridge Manor who provided wonderful care to both Leo and Lucy. Viewing Friday, April 29, 2011 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Ocean View Burial Park. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at St Peter’s Roman Catholic Church at 11:00am. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park Abbey Mausoleum.
