Liberato Brillante

Liberato was born in Naples, Italy on August 3, 1936. He immigrated to Argentina and met the love of his life Elena. It was there they married almost 65 years ago and started their family before moving to Vancouver in 1982.

Liberato is predeceased by his father; Antonio, mother; Catalina, brothers; Nicola, Mario, Aldo, Fortunato, Juan, Fermin and sister Elisa.

He is survived and leaves behind his loving wife Elena, his children Patricia (Rodolfo), Saverio (Franca), Estela (Travis); his grandchildren Julieta (Eddy), Adrian (Arhona), Veronica (Cody), Kylie, Nicholas; great grandchildren Benjamin, Emma, Anika, Ava, Ezra, Andre and extended family in Italy and Argentina. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, 6:00PM to 8:00PM, funeral service will be held at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, Thursday February 5, 2026 at 11:00AM, entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, Grand Mausoleum.
