It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Lidia De Conti (nee Cassol). Lidia passed away peacefully on December 1st at the Richmond Rotary Hospice with her three children at her side. Lidia was born January 18th, 1930 in Vidor, Italy.

Predeceased by husband Egidio, she will be sadly missed by her loving family; Children Sandra (Allan), Lily (Lamberto), Peter (Shawna); Grandchildren, Michael (Jen), Kristina, Jason, Michelle (Jordan), Isabella and Eva; Great Grandchild, Linden. Survived by one sister and brother, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Lidia was the oldest serving and honorary member of the I.M.A.S. in New Westminster, where she served as a volunteer and head caterer for many years.

Prayers will be offered on Tuesday, December 12, at 7:00 pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 244 Lawrence St Queensborough, New Westminster,

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday December 13, at 10:30 am.

Entombment to take place at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 imperial Street, Burnaby at 3:00 pm

In Lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army Rotary Hospice House, or the B.C. Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
