Liliano Passaglia

It is with profound sadness that the family of Liliano Passaglia announces the passing of their husband, father and grandfather.

Liliano was born on August 11, 1943. He immigrated to Canada in 1961 where he soon after met the love of his life, Isa, of 59 years.

Liliano always loved being surrounded with family and friends, and it showed right down to his last day on earth.

We will always remember him for his beautiful smile, constant laughter, practical jokes, and most of all his love of singing old Italian classics.

Liliano is survived by his wife Isa, his son Stefano, his daughter Teresa (Danny) and sister Olimpia (Luigi).

He is also survived by the loves of his life and whole heart grandchildren, Maya, Mikaela, Matteo, Genevieve, Nico and Danika.

Liliano is predeceased by his brothers Loris, Carlo, and Nino and his sisters Lola, Luigina, and Liliana.

Keep smiling, keep singing, and please watch over us and protect us. Until we meet again, we love you always and forever Papa.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier St, Vancouver.
