Luigi Mazzei

Luigi was born June 21, 1935 in San Giovanni in Fiore, Cosenza, Italy, passed away in Burnaby, British Columbia on November 13, 2025 at the age of 90 years. Luigi is survived by his loving wife Antonietta, his children Antonio (Brenda), Salvatore (Leah), Maria (Luis), Isabella (Mike), his grandchildren Ashley, Justin (Laura), Christina (Marco), Courtney (Cameron), Robert (Laura), Anthony and Julianna. Luigi is also survived by his 6 great grandchildren Tate, Margherita, Reed, Logan, Lorenzo, Emmett, his sisters Elvira, Rita, Teresa, many other family and friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, 555 Slocan Street, Vancouver, BC on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation www.kidney.ca or BC Diabetes www.bcdiabetes.ca/donations
