Maria was born in Altilia, Cosenza, Italy and passed away peacefully at her residence. Predeceased by her daughter Nancy, parents Michele and Maria Aiello. Survived by her loving family, husband Mario, son Tony (Amelia) Ferrari, daughters Marisa Ferrari (Steve Pagliuso), and Ivana (Cliff) Ronning, grandchildren Caterina and Alyssa Murdocco, Taryn, Kristin, Ty and Carly Ronning, Mario and Nicole Ferrari, brothers Giovanni (Gina), Francesco (Pina), Antonio (Rosetta) and Sesto (Maria) Aiello and sisters Angelina Olivieri and Ernestina (Mario) Sposato. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby, B.C. Entombment Ocean View Burial Park, the Abbey, Burnaby, B.C. In lieu of flowers donations in Maria's memory to the Vancouver Hospital Foundation.
