Marie was born on March 26th, 1917 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and she passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 28th, 2011 in Hope, BC. Marie was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Earl (Bill); and her brother Myron (Mar) Rozumiak. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen (George Hurst), ex son-in-law Mike Galea, son Victor Redfern; grandchildren Ligia Galea, Lisa Rieger, Victor Redfern Jr; and her niece and nephew. Special Gratitude to her good friend and caregiver Leo and his wife. A Funeral Mass will be said for Marie at a later date.
