1919-2011
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Maureen Mavis Dessa. Predeceased by her husband Vernon in 1975. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her children Edmond (Shirley), Noelene, Tessie (Mervyn), Clifford (Jenny), Bernard (Colleen), Clarence (Linda), Lorenza (Paul), Desmond (Louisa) and Noel (Ingrid), her sisters Beatrice and Anita, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends. Viewing will take place on Friday, March 4, 2011 from 7-9pm with Funeral Service on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 2:00 pm, both at Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3789 Royal Oak Avenue).
There will always be a heartache
and often silent tears,
