Mey Ying enjoyed her daily morning exercise and afternoon shopping routine; she was a member of the Central Park Morning Exercise Club. She loved spending time in the kitchen making famous Chinese delicacies, and gardening in the summertime. She also enjoyed travelling, alone or with her family, and had been to many places around the world on land tours and cruises.
On May 17th, 2023, at the age of 97, Mey Ying passed away peacefully. She is survived by four children and their spouses, eight grandchildren, four grandchildren’s spouses, six great grandchildren, and her sister.

美英享受每天早上的晨操和下午的購物樂趣時間； 她是中央公園晨運會成員之一。 她喜歡在廚房裡製作中國著名美食，並喜歡在夏天做園藝。 她還喜歡獨自或與家人一起旅行，並曾在世界各地旅行和坐遊輪。
2023年5月17日，97歲的美英安詳離世; 留下四名子女和他們的配偶、八個孫兒、四名孫兒的配偶、六個曾孫、和她的妹妹。
