Mr. Michael Lauer, age 82, of Burnaby, passed away on January 31, 2011.
Mrs. Beverly Lauer, age 94, of Burnaby, passed away on October 15, 2023.
Michael was born in England and then travelled extensively throughout the world as a member of the British Merchant Service, Michael came to Canada in 1953 and settled in New Westminster. Michael was a member of Post 83 Legion in Burnaby, as well as the Hyack Festival Association in New Westminster with his Wife Beverly.
Beverly was born and raised in New Westminster where she worked as a Legal Stenographer for several law firms as well as Executive Secretary to the President at Westminster Paper (Currently Kruger).Beverly stayed in contact with many school friends from TJ Trapp Technical School, who became known as the "Club Group" and they met monthly for lunch for more than sixty-five years.
They will be sadly missed by their two daughters Cathryn Lawrence (Richard), Carolyn Brynelson (Gerald), and their two Grandchildren Ryan Brynelson (Rachel) and Jessica Brynelson.
