Paola Serafina Vinci

(Paolina) Vinci who was born on January 27, 1928 in San Nicola D’Ardore, Italy and passed

away in Vancouver on June 8, 2022 at the age of 94.

Paola was predeceased by her husband, Nicodemo (1976) and grandson, Noel (2016). She will

be dearly missed by her children, Rosa (Tony), Domenico (Drolah), Maria (Nicola) and Elina

(Tony), her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Paola was an exceptional cook and gardener. She loved making gnocchi, bread, cookies and

many other delicious meals and she always made sure no-one left hungry. Paola was known

for her beautiful garden and loved to grow so many vegetables, herbs and flowers.

Paola loved God and we are at peace knowing that she is with Him and all the people that she

loved in her life.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 2025 Napier St. Vancouver, on Wednesday June 15, 2022 at 10:00am

After mass, there will be a private burial at Ocean View.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation or a

charity of your choice.
