On Thursday August 25th, Pasquale Di Fonzo, a beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully at Burnaby General Hospital. He will be missed by his wife Giuseppina Di Fonzo (nee Starinieri), children Ernesto (Sonia), Angelo (Angela), grandchild Carlo, and siblings Mario (Angela), Natalina (Vincenzo), Maria (Alessandro), Elena (Idelio), Amelia (Guido), and Biagio (Eugenia). Pasquale’s greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and was fulfilled by his role as a father and grandfather. His warm-hearted and gentle personality will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held from 6:30pm-8pm on Tuesday, September 6th at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 7th at St. Helen's Parish, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby. Entombment to follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum. A donation to Burnaby General Hospital in his memory would be appreciated.
