Richard passed away on October 5, 2016 in Hong Kong. Richard is survived by his 4 children: Katherine, Mary, Benjamin, Moses and their spouses; Chao-Ming, Sum Ping, Janet and Angela; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Yuet-Ming, in 2008. A Memorial Service will be held in The Chapel of Ocean View Funeral Home on Monday, December 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm followed by a Burial Service in Ocean View Burial Park. Richard will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He will be fondly remembered for his warmth, caring, humour and dedication to the Church and tremendous achievements at Castle Peak, Hong Kong. In lieu of flowers, donations to Anglican Network Church of the Good Shepherd would be greatly appreciated.
