Born in LeRoss, Saskatchewan to Andreas Rasmussen and Edith Hannah Caroline Pedersen. Served with the Canadian Scottish Regiment and the Royal Canadian Ordnance Corps in England during WWII. Married Mona Iley on February 2, 1946 at Byker, Northumberland, England. Passed away peacefully in Burnaby General Hospital on June 15, 2013. Predeceased by his wife Mona. Survived by his five sons and one daughter, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by all.
