It is with deep sorrow the family of Shu Don Wong announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather who died peacefully on Saturday, December 19th, 2015 at age 84 years, at St. John Hospice with his family at his side.
He served with B.C. Ferries for 33 years. He spent his retirement years traveling, enjoying walks, doing tai chi and spending time at Central Park with friends.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Ping Chun Wong, son Kelvin (wife Betty), daughter May (husband Dave), granddaughters Megan and Rachel and family and friends.
Visitation held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby on Monday, Dec 28th, 2015 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, Dec 29th, 2015 at 1:00pm. Burial to follow.
