It is with sadness to announce the passing of Siu Chan Chan in Vancouver, BC on December 17, 2010 at the age 76. Siu Chan was born in Guangdong, China, she was predeceased by her husband Kwei Sheung Woo. She is lovingly survived by her four sons, a daughter, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, December 21 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal OaK Avenue, Burnaby, BC. Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 9:30 am in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Section of 'Remembrance'.
