Stephanie Lai Imm Chew, age 65, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2023. She was born June 8, 1957 in Parit Buntar, Malaysia and immigrated to Canada at the age of 21. Stephanie is survived by her husband Rick, son Derek, daughter Allison and son-in-law Irving. She loved her family deeply and will be dearly missed.
For those who are able to attend, please join us in celebrating her life Wednesday, May 10, 2023. A funeral Mass will be held at the Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel, 9387 Holmes Street, Burnaby, B.C. between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. A committal service will follow at the Ocean View Burial Park Grand Mausoleum, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, B.C. between 12:45 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Lastly, a catered Celebration of Life will be held at the Ocean View Funeral Home Reception Hall between 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
While it is not necessary, if you wish to send flowers to the service, they can be delivered to Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby B.C. V5J 1A4 on Tuesday, May 9th between 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
