She is survived by her children Silvia (Aneste), Robert, and Rosanna. She will be missed by her grandchildren Anna (Bill), Teresa (Dan), Luisa (Tom), Andrea (Joe), Stefano, and Paolo (Celeste). As well as her 12 great-grandchildren; Aneste, Kaia, Ella, Elias, Catiana, Tomas, Marco, Bodhi, Ezra, Julius, Amelia, Eliana, and sweet Cataleya born sleeping.
Teresa was born in Cosenza, Italy on June 29, 1933. She immigrated to Canada by boat in 1955 and built her family with her husband Luigi in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver. She is pre-deceased by her beloved husband Luigi.
A funeral is scheduled for April 16th at Oceanview Funeral Home. There will be a Viewing at 12:00pm, Funeral Service at 12:30pm, and Mausoleum Entombment at 2:30pm with a reception to follow.
Father Terry Shea will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Teresa's life.
