

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Vienna Lanciotti, who departed this life peacefully on July 17, 2025, at the age of 92.
Vienna was born on May 15, 1933, in Francavilla al Mare, Italy, and lived a long, full life marked by resilience, love, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Predeceased by her husband Davide and sisters Elena & Nella and her son in law Ferdinando DiSpirito.
Vienna is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lila; her cherished grandchildren Nicole (Aaron), Michelle (Stefano), and Anthony (Alessia); and her precious great-grandchildren Ayla, Azalea, Maximiliano,Cristiano and Juliano. Vienna’s legacy lives on in each of them—in their traditions, their strength, and their shared memories.
A woman of quiet grace and enduring strength, Vienna was the heart of her family. Her warmth, wisdom, and nurturing spirit shaped generations. Whether through her lovingly prepared meals, her gentle stories from her childhood in Italy, or her calm presence in times of joy and challenge, she created a home filled with love and connection.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 6:00PM – 7:30PM. Mass of Christian will be held at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Ave. Burnaby, BC at 11:00AM, entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, Abbey Mausoleum.
