Born in Montefredane, Avellino, Italy, it is with heavy hearts and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father and grandfather. Virgilio is survived by his loving wife, Carmela; his children, Maria (Sal), Elsa (Don), Steve (Tracy), Mauro (Cherie); his loving grandchildren, Matthew (Andrea), Anthony (Madison), Marco, Daniel, David, Michael, Mark, Sierra, Joseph, Lucas, Nigel; his sisters in Italy, Susanna, Ida, Alba and Lina, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8pm on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Bell and Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby. Mass of Christian Burial to be offered at 10:00am on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Our Lady of Sorrows, 525 Slocan Street, Vancouver.
