Vittorio was born in Bugnins, Camino al Tagliamento, Italy and passed away at Burnaby Hospital just short of his 90th birthday. He is survived by his wife Nives, of 57 years, son Joe (Sonia), daughter Esterina (Mike), 3 grandchildren Michael, Tanya, and Tara, niece Athena (and family) and family of predeceased nephew Bill. Vic came to Canada in 1949; lived in Princeton before moving to Vancouver in 1961. He worked for O'Keefe Brewery and retired from Carling in 1986. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening ' loved his glass of wine and playing bocce with his friends. Prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21st at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 3860 Triumph Street, Burnaby, B.C. where Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 22nd. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Garden Mausoleum, Burnaby, B.C.
