Born in Hong Kong in 1930, Woon Chiu Mak passed away in Richmond Hospital in BC, Canada on September 14, 2011 at the age of 80. He is dearly survived by his wife Kit Ching Lee, his son Nelson, his daughters Winnie and Nancy. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Graveside Service will be held Friday, September 23, 2011 at 10:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the section of 'Garden of Tribute'. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, September 22, 2011 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
