Winnie was born in 1953. She is survived by her beloved mother, Ying Chan; her husband, Kenneth; her son, Cavan; her daughter-in-law, Melisa; her sisters and brother; and her niece and nephews, who remember her with deep love and gratitude.
Winnie grew up in Hong Kong. In 1997, she moved to Vancouver, where she built a new life with her family. She was passionate about cooking, gardening, and traveling. She delighted in sharing her culinary creations with family and friends, tended to her beautiful garden with care, and cherished exploring new places and cultures around the world.
A visitation will be held on November 14 at 4:00 PM at Ocean View Funeral Home.
