Mr. Yim Ning Kwon

Yim Ning Kwon passed away peacefully at the age of 89. He was born in Hoiping, Kwantung Province (Guangdong), South China. He came to Vancouver, BC in 1950 where he and his wife settled to raise a family. He will be deeply missed by his devoted wife of 57 years, Yuen Lin; his children Leila (Wayne Stevens) Or, Donna (David) Wong, Anita Kwon, Benita Kwon, Anthony Kwon, Julia Kwon; his grandchildren Noah Or, Derek Wong, Daina Wong, whom he enjoyed spending his time.

Yim enjoyed walks and fresh air during all seasons and family gatherings. He will always be lovingly remembered as a hard working, honest, generous, and selfless husband, father, grandfather and friend. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, value in education, kindness and everlasting dedication to family.
