I remember the joy and energy Brinkley brought to Harvey Brown Elementary School. The 2005 kindergarten class holds a special place in my heart. The three B’s were always together. Brett and Bernard will surely miss their Brinkley!

Brinkley was always a happy and bubbly person. She was someone I admired greatly, someone who was too good for this world. She will be with me in my thoughts and prayers.

On the first day of Kindergarten, Brinkley entered my room like a golden hair Diva. She was always smiling, happy and ready to learn. She was the highlight of my day. She kept me on my toes with in inquisitive ways. My favorite year of teaching is all because of her.
Mike and Melissa you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love you all.

My Most Beautiful Brinkley,
Words could not express or describe my unending love for you! You are the kindest, most joyful, positive young lady I’ve ever laid eyes on. You are so Beautiful inside and out. From your baby bald head to your white cotton hair to blond- straight, pig tails, to a pony tail, braids, or those crazy sponge rollers your beauty never needed make-up because your smile lit up the room and your loud cackle laugh made people notice you that’s for sure!! I just want to hug and kiss you one more time - this was just too fast and way too soon. I love you so much and I’m so glad we were in the girls club. I will remember you each and everyday. I wish I could pick out wedding dresses and rock those red headed babies. It’s not fair and I don’t understand why you had to go but I am so glad I got to be your mom for the best 18 years of my life! I’m going to miss our goodnight kisses Bitmoji but you’ll be the last thing on my mind until the end of time! Love, Mom

I knew Brinkley when she was in elementary school. She and my daughter were great friends and loved going to school together and playing together. I remember Brinkley coming to Allison's birthday party in New Braunfels and going to the Children's Museum. Brinkley seemed to always be smiling and enjoying the people around her.

My heart is broken for the family and you continue to be in our prayers.

I never met Brinkley but she was present at my wedding. Melissa and I graduated high school together, went to some college together and were the maids of honor in each other’s wedding (Melissa was about 7 months pregnant with Brinkley). I know so much about Brinkley through Melissa and wish I had had the chance to get to know Her.
Melissa and Mike I cannot say enough how so sorry I am that you and your family are walking this path right now. I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
Love,
Melissa

I first met Brinkley the summer before sophmore year in volleyball camp and instantly we became friends. We also played basketball together and were in the same science class for 3 years. She was one of few who never judged me and accepted me and loved me for who I was. On and off the court she had my back. Throughout the years we didn’t talk as much but when we did there was nothing but smiles and crazy laughter. That’s one thing I won’t forget. Love you Brink 💛
