When I think of Carroll, my second cousin (if I have the genealogy right), I think of gentleness, calmness, optimism, and quiet strength. He was a devoted caregiver for his dear wife and loved his family very much. Even though, living across the country, I had not seen him in a long time, still I am sad that he has left this earth. My sympathies to Debra and Tim, Karen and Dean, and all his grandchildren. Love, Neverlyn and Mike
