Dale "Goober" Kirksey

His son Mike Kirksey and Betty Kirksey of Gatesville and daughter Debra Brown of Carolina survives him, as well as grandchildren Joe Kirksey, Chris Brown, Justin Kirksey, Amanda Brown, Cory Kirksey Chaney, Kelly Kirksey Green, Jamie Kirksey, Jennifer Kirksey and Christina Green and husband Lamar.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents, two sons Gary Kirksey and Richard Kirksey, sister Lavada Butts, son-in-law Gerald Brown, grandson Josh Brown and great granddaughter Brooks Thompson.

Dale loved to hunt and fish. He worked in the oil field in Levelland for 25 plus years. He moved to Tow in the mid 80’s.

Graveside services for Dale will be Monday December 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Bethel Cemetery.

Care has been entrusted to Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet.
