She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Salazar Tobar, son-in-law Eddy McCoy Pirtle and grandchildren, Edward Joseph Pirtle, Salena Esperanza Santos, Alsha Lynn Santos and Miguel Angel Tobar.
She is survived by her children, Mary E. Pirtle of Burnet, Oscar Tobar and Janelle of Arlington, Theresa Santos and husband Ruben of Defiance, Ohio, Joe Louis Tobar of Elgin and Ector Tobar and wife Monica of Pflugerville, twelve grandchildren and nine great –grandchildren.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, Texas. Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00pm at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park near Burnet,
