Glenn Johnson

He is preceded in death by his brother, Randall Johnson; his mother, Sadie Johnson; and his father, Johnny Johnson and by niece Wendy Johnson Moody

He is survived by his devoted wife, Cindy Johnson; his brother, Jerry Johnson; his daughter, Chrystal Davis; his son, Austin Lott; and his cherished grandchildren: Logan Homes, Shane Davis, Raven Davis, Alex Sullivant, Annabell Lott, and Justin Lott. Along with his nephew, David Johnson.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Fuzzy’s Corner, 15224 SH-29, Buchanan Dam, TX 78609.

A note from his wife:

“My husband was and always will be the best man I have ever known. He will always be with me in my heart and soul. He cared about others and held his family and friends very close and dear. For those that didn’t get to know him I am sorry.

We have a wonderful daughter, son, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and 6 fabulous grandkids.

Glenn will be above us, watching over us, and making his presence known when he knows we need him. I will never get over his not being here but I will try to do what I know he wanted for us all.”

James Glenn Johnson will be remembered for his strength, generosity, and the deep love he held for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
