Harold G. Hunt was born April 15, 1934, in the Mahomet Community of Burnet County. He preached 50 years for the Church of Christ. He passed away at age 80 at his home Wednesday afternoon June 18, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents J.U. Hunt and Zula Stewart Hunt.
Harold is survived by his wife JoAnn Crawford Hunt, daughter Pam Kercheville of Boerne, son John Mark Hunt of Bartlett, 4 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren.
A graveside service and burial was held Friday morning at 9 at the Mahomet Cemetery with Darrell Debo officiating.
