Carl was married to Lynette Strong O’Quinn for 38 years. He had a daughter Heather Heintschel and husband Kyle, and grandson Kyle. Carl also had a daughter from previous marriage Holli Taylor and husband Terry, grandchildren: Lyndsi Taylor, Haley Nichols and husband Cody, Coy Taylor, great-grandchildren: Kaisley and Bristol Nichols.
He served in the Navy as a sonar tech on a submarine. Carl worked for SW Bell and AT&T for over 35 years.
A private mass will be held at a later date.
If anyone wants to remember Carl please do so by donating to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to Hill Country Humane Society.
