

Larry was proud he served the Navy in the Korean War. He worked with an executive with Peterbilt Trucking and President and CEO of Canadian Kenworth. He enjoyed gardening, travel, cooking and collecting objects of fine art.
Larry is survived by his life partner Yvonne Evans of Burnet, Texas, three daughters Holly Gilthorpe of California, Lee Anne Cmelak of Tennessee, and Valorie Leeb of Maryland. He considered Yvonne’s children, Steve and wife Fatima and Sheryl his stepchildren. He is also survived by grandchildren Luca, Chloe, Brittney, and Brandon, Makenna, Clayton and Caeden.
He was loved and will be missed.
Memorial services will be at 2:00PM at First Christian Church, Burnet.
