She graduated from Natalia High School with the class of 1960, in Natalia, Texas. After high school, she attended Southwest Texas University and graduated with a degree in education. During college, she married her best friend and love of her life, Alan Weston, on January 16th, 1965. Alan and Margret were married for 57 years. They lived in San Antonio with their son, Alan Henry. Margret worked for the San Antonio school district for 35 years.
Margret was a loving and compassionate wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She was loved by all who were blessed enough to have known her. Margret was preceded in death by her husband, Alan, in 2022. She is survived by brothers Neil and Howard Mays, her son Alan Henry, two granddaughters, Nichole and Skyler Weston, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She will be remembered and missed by all.
